We provide a one-stop solution for a range of environmental and dynamic testing to all major UK industries including the Defence, Aerospace, Telecoms, and Automotive sectors. We are uniquely placed with our Mil Laboratory Suitability approvals to provide qualification approval testing to specifications requiring testing to Mil-Std 883 and Mil-Std 202 while our comprehensive ISO 17025 UKAS Schedule includes testing to MIL-STD 750, MIL-STD 810, DEF-STAN 0035 and IEC 68 Test Methods. In our dynamics laboratory we can offer swept sine, random, random on random vibrations or bump/shock over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, steady-state or cyclic. |

We are a UKAS accredited Test Laboratory and also hold BS9000 and IECQ/CECC approvals. Our ISO 17025 accredited schedule covers testing to BS2011, IEC68, BS EN 60068 and MIL-STDs At Abtest we have a very comprehensive Dynamic test facility, and have just taken delivery of a new LDS V8 shaker. We have 5 vibration systems, 3 of which interface with temperature cycling chambers. Two of these chambers are also capable of providing humidity during test. We also have a UKAS accredited Calibration facility covering Electrical, Pressure and Dimensional and an Engineering department who design and manufacture In-circuit, Functional and Vision inspection systems. To compliment these facilities we also have our own Model shop for the design and manufacture of all associated test fixtures. |
